Using the Antibiotics susceptibility plugin, cut-off values can be set to automatically convert antibiotic resistance data to SIR categories (Susceptible, Intermediate, Resistant), which can then be used for calculating dendrograms and to perform statistical analyses on.
3. BIONUMERICS SEQ
The most comprehensive set of analysis tools for microbial WGS based typing.
